Apprentice Property and Maintenance Administrator

Your new role

As an apprentice property and maintenance administrator, you will be working with our Estate Management team and taking care of all back office administration. This involves all property data schedules and spreadsheets, including property repair and ensuring that maintenance notifications are available when required. You will also be working closely with company landlords, ensuring that all aspects and details are kept up to date and sharing any required information with the property team.

A day in the life of...

• Maintenance of Property Data Schedules and Spreadsheets

• Administration of Store and Warehouse Repair/Maintenance Notifications.

• Administration of authorised repairs/renewals and utility invoices.

• Assisting Project Manager  and departmental members in their Duties.

In an ideal world...

  • Passionate about estate management and some general knowledge 

  • Microsoft Office/Google Sheets experience, including excel spreadsheets 

  • The ability to influence and a positive attitude 

  • Excellent organisation skills

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • An excellent team player
