Apprentice Recruitment Administrator

Your new role

As an Apprentice Recruitment Administrator you will be taking your first steps into the world of Recruitment.

The role is extremely fast paced and will require you to become a master of your own workload. You will be working alongside the Talent Advisors and Talent Acquisition managers. Building your own brand within the business, lisaing with stakeholders and assisting on all administrative functions within the recruitment team. 

From here you will also assist during peak times with sifting CVs and speaking with candidates to ensure they have the best possible experience with us when applying for a role.

A day in the life of...

  • Manage the on-boarding for all new colleagues from offer to 1st day in the business.
  • Completing DBS checks and actively seeking reference checks
  • Administration throughout onboarding, including uploading new colleagues  to our HR system, ordering Uniform, sending welcome packs and contracts 
  • Running weekly reports on the recruitment data
  • Updating any recruitment forms files and contract templates
  • any additional Ad-hoc requirements within the team

In an ideal world...

  • Microsoft Office/Google Sheets experience
  • The ability to influence and a positive attitude 

  • Excellent organisation skills

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • An excellent team player

  • Experience with a high amount of administration with minimal mistakes 

  • A can-do attitude
