Brand Campaign Planning Assistant
Your new role
Sofology is a strong and unique brand within the home interiors sector. It is not the biggest but it's definitely the most disruptive challenger! And we like that about us! This role is about assisting the Brand Campaign Manager to deliver impactful brand and trade campaigns that will drive engagement with our target consumers, up tick brand metrics and be successfully commercial. We don’t do sales - so it’s important that this role has creative thinking, planning and someone who lives and breathes home interest, fashion and premium brands in general, to occupy it. Our Campaign and Trade calendar is what drives the business so this role is about proactively assisting in liaising with other departments, arranging splinter meetings, working on actions and deliverables, and holding timelines to task, to really make sure we launch on time and the business is synched up. This role will work across all disciplines so it’s important they are a strong team player, fun, positive and super helpful.
A day in the life of...
Working with the Brand Campaign Manager to deliver the calendar content on time
Making sure content is ready for sign off
Chasing for deliverables across all dependencies
Keeping the calendar up to date
Chasing down actions as necessary
Setting up splinter meetings as required
Pulling together performance reports across all campaigns for feedback to the Brand Campaign Manager
Working across social, digital teams to ensure and assist with any content or bottlenecks as needed
A strong team player with a positive outlook and can do attitude, that’s not afraid to get stuck in
To love all things interiors and keep up to date with what’s trending, what brands are up to, highlighting new ideas or concepts - constantly scouring the market and social for newness
Liaise with the Creative teams on status and progress across campaigns, and assist where necessary
Assisting the Brand Campaign Manager as directed
This role may occasionally require out of hours working for meetings, events, store openings - flexibility will be required.

Campaigns delivered on time and in budget
Timely updates across the business
Maintaining the update of the calendar for the business to access
Delivery of update comms to all relevant departments
Liaising with the Internal Comms team to seek opportunities for linked internal campaigns or LinkedIn activities - maximising the stories
