Your new role

You’ll have a passion for all things home interiors - and in this role, you’ll get to flex your creative skills across TV creative and production, exciting brand partnerships, POS and digital across web, social and email.
The Creative Designer will be a key role within the Creative Team to help drive concepts and brand creative across all our marketing channels. They will be super engaged, energetic and full of amazing ideas to drive the brand forward. They must be able to communicate effectively and influence their ideas. They need to be constantly aware of the market within retail and current and upcoming design trends. They must be able to create beautiful and effective design and have strong art direction skills.
A day in the life of...
Develop creative at the concept stage of campaigns, from idea generation to style pack for delivery
Be out and about visiting competitors, partners, the store estate to keep the creative team informed, relevant and leading the way
Work with the Brand team to understand the requirements. Collaborate on copy and TOV
Work closely with VM team to drive new concepts for store
Liaise closely with Design and Production team to ensure the concept is developed for delivery throughout the relevant channels
Ensure all work is on brand and design of impeccable standard
Research industry competitors, design and social trends and bake into concept work as a part of the process
Present their ideas/work and influence their ideas
Work with wider marketing team to ensure clear understanding of briefing
Play a key role on stills and video shoots - bringing your ideas to life with photographers and directors on video and stills
Constantly monitor brand consistency with Creative team members
Have strong typographical and compositional skills.
Creative concept quality - engaging design concepts that meets the objective of the brief

Delivery of concept style pack ready for production roll out
In an ideal world...
An experienced presenter and communicator, this role would be expected to present at internal and external meetings
A dynamic creative that can adapt to new technologies and new media
Must have experience in creative art direction and design for key channels - social, website, email, print, store POS
Be confident in a shoot environment - being able to get your ideas across and collaborate with others is a key part of this role.
Need to travel to shoots, competitors, stores and our support office. This is not a remote position and collaboration face to face will be needed to reach the potential of this role.
Demonstrate their experience in working with brand guidelines and creating style guides
A team player who can work with other creatives - collaboration is super important here
You will need to be able to build great relationships across the business, liaise with stakeholders on clear briefing, expectation management
Tenacious approach to quality
Highly competent in Adobe Indesign/Illustrator/Photoshop/Premiere/After Effects
Studied at HND/Degree Level
10 years experience
Highly competent in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/Indesign/After Effects.
