Customer Service Advisor
Your new role
Here at Sofology, our Customer Service Advisors are at heart of our Head Support Office.
You will play a key part in supporting our customers by answering their questions, solving their problems and providing support once their dream sofa has been delivered! This may mean booking out a service call if there are issues with their new sofa, being a sofa expert and answering questions around maintenance and cleaning or making customers feeling at ease with their finance agreements. If our customers need us once their sofa is delivered, you will be the one to resolve the issue.
We have an excellent training process and we will give you ALL of the tools needed to excel in this role. Training will be provided within the office and then when this is complete, we will support you in a hybrid blend of working from our fun and exciting office and from your own home.

A day in the life of...
- Gain and maintain customers' trust through your product knowledge, expertise and troubleshooting skills.
- Answering a high volume of calls in the call centre, whilst always being compliant and treating customers fairly.
- Use problem-solving and people skills to assure swift resolutions to our customers first time technical queries.
- Provide insightful advice and friendly hands-on technical support to our customers.
- To quickly diagnose product issues on the spot, explaining situations with patience and empathy.
- Educate your team members and customers about our products, keeping your own technical know-how up to date.
- Demonstrate a passion for excellent, world-class customer service.

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Has a ‘can do' positive attitude, a cheerful self-starter and can think on your feet
