In your new role as a dedicated customer service advisor, you will be the heart and soul of Sofology’s Support Office, standing ready to embrace every after sale query, and ensuring a lasting love for their sofa.
So whether it’s building relationships on the phone, problem solving or everything in between, with your brilliant product knowledge you’ll help give your customers an unrivalled customer experience, because we know that nothing feels like having the red carpet rolled out for you.
A day in the life of...
As a customer care representative, you'll spend your time doing so much more than just answering customer queries, here's a little bit more about what you'll be getting up to:

Gaining and maintaining customers' trust through your product knowledge, expertise and troubleshooting skills

Answering a high volume of calls in the contact centre, whilst always being compliant and rolling out the red carpet for your customer

Using problem-solving and people skills to assure swift resolutions

Providing insightful advice and friendly hands-on technical support

Diagnosing product issues on the spot, explaining situations with patience and empathy
-
Keeping your own technical knowledge up to date to ensure you can educate customers and your colleagues

Ensuring that your admin is in check

Honing in on your listening skills which allows you to have really relevant conversations with your customer

Always be offering that Very Important Customer experience - no ifs, no buts
In an ideal world...
You don’t need to have telephone experience to join us. All we ask for is a true passion for delivering that red carpet experience to your customers; someone who can demonstrate a passion for delivering an unrivalled customer experience, has a solid work ethic with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
