Your new role
The Internal communications coordinator works in line with the communication strategy to ensure colleagues are kept informed and engaged. They do this by communicating through several channels, such as workplace, emails, social media and regular newsletters as well as through videography and other technical platforms. Working closely with the internal communications manager and senior stakeholders, they establish organisational messages and keep colleagues informed of business developments, changes and incentives regularly using blended methodologies.

Adhere to a internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior managers

Ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders

Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a Workplace posts, email, etc.

Proactively and consistently contribute ideas and creativity to brainstorming and planning discussions, as well as team meetings, with accountability to deliver against communications and marketing strategies

Keep stakeholders abreast of progress

Storyboard or translate ideas to the creative team within marketing

Liaise with Group counterparts to align internal communication strategies and campaigns
