National Stock Control Admin
Your new role
This role will be a mix of home working and working from the Sofology depot. Approx 2 days per week in the office and 3 working from home.
The National stock control admin will support with stock inventory. You will be pivotal in ensuring stock is held in the correct location and status for the business so that Sofology colleagues know where to go to allocate specific furniture, you will play a key part in streamlining processes and utilising stock management tools.
A day in the life of...
Contribute in producing reports identifying slow moving stock
Monitor use of areas and ensure all stock is correctly located - i.e short stay/ long stay / quarantine etc
Monitor delivery status and support customer resolution
Carry out random checks on inbound and outbound stock movements to ensure correct processes are followed
Keep sofology stock file clean, stock in correct areas/status
Support control of the missing log
Work stock reports to cleanse all stock attached to orders should be
Month end invoicing completion
Support C/S emails for stock queries
Manage carekit / sofaglides stock levels for the business
Help and support with reconciliation of stock takes
Monitor debited stock levels and business exit plan
Build auction orders
In an ideal world...
- Admin experience essential
- Basic WMS knowledge (but not essential)
- Basic Idepot Knowledge (but not essential)
- Experience using google sheets or Microsoft office packages.
- Efficient, organised and a problem solver
