Omni Store Manager

The Omni Store Manager lives and breathes enthusiasm with the ability to influence individuals with their passion and expertise. A day in the life of...

Key Responsibilities


 

NPS

 

  • Working alongside the Department Manager to create and drive a positive environment ensuring that the team makes every customer Feel At Home On A Sofa They Love.

  • To train and coach a high calibre of colleagues in order to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • To monitor and cascade all NPS results, giving specific coaching and feedback where necessary


 

Cost to Serve

 

  • Ensure the customer purchases the right product the first time.


 

Individual Performance

 

  • Support on-going personal development through coaching in order to constantly raise levels of performance.

  • Ensure all Sofologists are equipped to carry out their job role through regular training, coaching and role plays.

  • Assess individual performance through observation and call listening thus enabling the identification of training and development needs.

  • Ensure all Sofologists are equipped to carry out their job role through regular training, coaching and role plays.

  • Maintain expertise through up to date knowledge of all Sofology products, services and regular competitor analysis.

  • Lead the floor and take charge of the day to day running of the department with the other Omni Sales Managers

  • Demonstrate Leadership qualities acting as a Role Model at all times.

  • Responsible for managing the performance of colleagues through career trackers, monthly reviews and regular informal feedback sessions, ensuring behaviours are inline with Sofology Values

  • Mentor and Develop Sofologists for departmental development

  • Accountable for motivating and inspiring Sofologists through daily meetings and regular communication.

  • To support the business in ER case management outside of your own department.

In an ideal world...

  • Previous Retail, Inbound Sales or Commercial Sales experience
