You will be supporting the online Trading plan to generate online sales activity and support the achievement of business goals and KPI’s.

How will you do it?

Working within the Sofology Online  Trading Team you will execute best in class online merchandising through excellent management of the online journey for products, categories,  pages and searches.

Our Online Trading opportunities are realised and sales plan is achieved whilst providing the  best online merchandising experience is provided.

A day in the life of...

• You’ll treat our customers and Sofologists like they are family, offering pizazz with every experience.

• You'll leave no stone unturned on your quest to give your customers the rock star treatment, challenging the ‘we’ve always done it this way’ mindset at every opportunity.

• You’ll be working collaboratively with the Senior Online Trading Manager to execute the online trading plan that drives sales performance.

• You will immerse yourself in analytics such as google, Content Square and insights to ensure everything you do is driven by data.

• You’ll be identifying where revenue can be increased by improving product pages, search results, product list page and category page content.

• You will actively  know how product ranges are performing and be actively proposing online trading activities to the Online Trading team.

• You will be delivering best in class online merchandising for our customers by QA’ing banners, link and ,pages, ensuring issues are resolved with the customer journey. 

• You will be a key person in our trading team, maximizing cross-selling opportunities across all categories of the site. responsible for site search and results. failed searches and working with the team  on synonym reviews.

• Working with the Senior Online Trading Manager you will ensure  all SEO content elements are updated. Maximizing website, category and product SEO through best practise optimisations.

• You will be reviewing Weekly search, navigation and SEO  analytics, recommending optimisations and opportunities.
