Sofology is way more than just a sofa… The sofa sits at the heart of the home, and we know how much that means to our customers. Choosing the perfect sofa is a big decision and that's why as an Outlet Assistant, you will oversee the smooth journey of your customers sofa delivery!

A day in the life of...

An outlet assistant, you’ll spend your time doing so much more than sitting! Here are just a few of the things you’ll be getting up to:

• You’ll treat our customers and Sofologists like they are family, offering pizazz with every experience
• You'll leave no stone unturned on your quest to gift your customers the rock star treatment,
• Challenging the ‘we’ve always done it this way’ mindset at every opportunity
• Oversee the smooth receipt of inbound weekly delivery of clearance sofas
• Ensure the layout is customer friendly and visually enticing for our customers 
• Regular moving of sofas, PPE equipment will be provided 
• Wrap all sofas that are sold and awaiting collection
• Review prices each week and adjust in line with the pricing structure and leadership 
• You’ll need to check the quality of items as they come into your site and report any defects
• Support with house keeping of the store

You don’t need to have extensive experience to join us. All we ask for is someone who will embrace our grow and glow mindset, confidence in talking to customers and someone who thrives working in a fun and exciting environment.
