As a Clearance Outlet Sales Advisor you will be fun, engaging and always positive. You will have a can do mentality with a drive to create your own success. Due to the fast moving nature of the Clearance Outlet you must be able to comfortably move furniture through the eBay studio process and then merchandised onto the shop floor

A day in the life of...

To consistently deliver exceptional customer experience and help customers find furniture to suit their needs. Effectively manage clearance stock ensuring it is returning a GP and is available across all the Outlet Centre sales channels including the photography of all items.

In an ideal world...

• To demonstrate a can do attitude and a customer first approach at all times.

• Learn new systems and ways of working in the Sofa Clearance Outlet.

• Ability to learn at pace around new products from multiple leading retailers in order to advise the customer effectively on furniture that suits their needs.

• Process orders onto the instore point of sales platform from face to face customers & eBay transactions.

• Confidently communicate and take orders over the phone using a dedicate phone order process flow.

• Work well under pressure and in a hands on environment, The Sofa Clearance Outlet will demand the ability to think on your feet.

• Assist in ensuring the store is merchandised according to company guidelines and high levels of visual standards are maintained.

• Have excellent customer service skills and be able to work with customers to find resolution for challenging situations.
