Retail Sales Team Leader

Your new role

 

As a Retail Sales Team Leader you will be fun, engaging and always positive. You will be able to influence through your passion and think on your feet. Coach, train and develop those around you. Ensuring that Customers are at the heart of every decision we make and have a great experience with Sofology.

A day in the life of...

* Individual Performance

* Represents the Sofology brand through smart presentation and grooming standards.

* To attend and participate in Store meetings, team development and attend and deliver training workshops where relevant to the team.

* To demonstrate the People Values at all times

* To support colleagues and other stores within the business where needed

* Cost to Serve

* Ensure the customer purchases the right product first time.

* NPS

* To demonstrate effective use of the company processes at all times to deliver an exceptional level of service deserving of a recommendation.

* Maintain an excellent up to date knowledge of all products and services in order to advise the customer effectively as a Sofa Specialist.

* To effectively engage with all customers using the Meet & Greet.

* Interact with customers with effective questioning and listening which ultimately results in the Perfect Sofa for each and every customer.

* Advise customers to choose new furniture that's “right for them and their home”, using their knowledge, experience and skills.

* Deliver effective Care Advice to ensure the customer has the knowledge to maintain their Perfect Sofa.
