Your new role

You will lead our retail teams ensuring we offer an unrivalled sofa experience to our customers by rolling out the red carpet and delivering a truly special experience for our very important customers. Your Manager will keep you up to date with your performance. But at Sofa Clearance we keep it simple,  you will know you are doing a good job by delivering against the measures detailed within your Store Dashboard as well as weekly catch-ups with your Leadership Team.

A day in the life of...

A Sales Consultant, you’ll spend your time doing so much more than sitting! Here are just a few of the things you’ll be getting up to:

  • Driving high performance within your store and delivering against all goals and metrics.

  • Treating our customers and colleagues like they are family, offering an exceptional experience with every interaction you have.

  • You'll leave no stone unturned on your quest to drive excellence in everything that we do.

  • Driving Operational excellence ensuring a seamless end-to-end Customer Journey resulting in 5* reviews.

  • Lead the way in engaging customer with in store & online social media content. 

  • Ensure exceptional standards in everything we do - your showroom and website is your home.

  • Strive to always demonstrate exceptional customer service, no matter the circumstances

  • You need to be easy going, and just generally great to work with. Everyone has a voice so communicate in the right way.

  • Not afraid to be assertive and challenge when you feel it’s warranted, just do it in the right way

  • Developing using a coaching culture within your team

  • Leading a team of engaged colleagues through a strong engagement strategy.

In an ideal world...

You don’t need to have extensive sales experience to join us. All we ask for is a true passion for driving high performance within your store and delivering against all goals and metrics; a real down to earth team player with a 'thinking outside the box' mindset and a genuine interest in giving your customer that unrivalled experience!
